Terms & Conditions – Business (B2B) Accounts

By creating a business account with Hype Nutrition ("we", "us", "our"), you ("wholesale customer", "you") agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Accessibility
Business accounts are only available for registered companies. We may request a valid Chamber of Commerce number, VAT number, or other proof of company registration before activating your account.
2. Minimum Order Quantity
Minimum order: €250. We reserve the right to cancel orders that do not meet these minimums.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice. Payment must be made via iDEAL, credit card, or bank transfer. Orders will only be shipped after full payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted separately. Delivery times depend on location and chosen shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or force majeure.
5. Returns and Complaints
Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Returns are only accepted for defective products. All returns must be approved by us in advance.
6. Sales Conditions
Products may only be sold under our brand name (Hype Nutrition). Relabeling or repackaging of products is not allowed without our written consent. Sale via external marketplaces (such as Bol.com, Amazon, etc.) is not allowed unless agreed in writing.
7. Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your business account in cases of abuse or violation of these terms.
8. Confidentiality
All pricing information, product data, and other communications shared with business customers are confidential and may not be shared with third parties.
9. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be handled by the competent court in Amsterdam.
