Returns
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with labels, and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at info@hypenutrition.com. Returns must be sent to: Aambeeldstraat 5, Volendam.
Once your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label with instructions. Items returned without a requested return will not be accepted.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it for you.
Exceptions
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (food, flowers, plants), custom or personalized items, and personal care items (beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item and place a new order for the desired item once your return is approved.
EU 14-Day Legal Right of Withdrawal
If goods are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without giving a reason. Items must be unopened, in the original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether it is approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded within 10 business days via the original payment method. It may take additional time for banks or credit card companies to process the refund.
